Nanny's Apple Pie Oats

If you start your day with High protein Nanny's Apple Pie Oats, You have more energy and freshness.

INGREDIENTS:

• ¾ cup oatmeal
• ¼ cup oat bran
• 1 apple (cored and diced)
• ½ cup unsweetened apple sauce
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
• 1 cup water
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract
• ½ tsp stevia

DIRECTIONS:
1. First, in a large bowl, combine oat bran, oatmeal, vanilla extract, protein powder, and water.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the apple, apple sauce, cinnamon and stevia (or Splenda).
3. than Coat a small baking pan with cooking spray.
4. Pour the apple sauce mixture in the baking dish, then pour the oat mixture on top.
5. Bake for 35 minutes at 350°F.

Quick Tip:
Bake a big batch... so you can eat multiple meals... serve in a bowl and pour in some skim milk.
