INGREDIENTS:
• 4 egg whites
• ½ cup fat free cottage cheese (drained from
liquid)
• ½ cup oatmeal
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp stevia
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix everything together in a blender until smooth.
2. Bake in a waffle iron.
