Women's Brains vs. Men's Brains: Who's Smarter, Men or Women?

Who is more intelligent than women or men? There is often much debate about this. In many cultures, men were believed to be more intelligent. Are men really more intelligent than women? What does the research say?

Several modern studies have shown that there is no significant difference in average intelligence between men and women. It is now recognized that there is no significant difference between men and women in terms of average IQ.

According to a report published in 'Brain Journal', a special information was obtained by examining the brains of 42 men and 58 women. It has been found that the average weight of a male brain is 1,378 grams. Whereas a woman's brain weighs 1,248 grams. From this it is proved that a male brain weighs slightly more than a female brain.

Gender differences in human intelligence have long been debated among researchers and scholars. In the study, men beat women in terms of brain weight. But that is not the case with intelligence.

Women's brains have more gray matter. Men, on the other hand, have more white matter in their brains. However, it has nothing to do with intelligence.

The amygdala is larger in the male brain. This white matter helps to exchange a lot of information. As a result, the ability to learn, remember, decide, accept something is easily created.

Gray matter in women's brains is a kind of operational hub. Which stimulates women's thinking, emotions and communication. If the gray matter in the female brain is functioning properly, there is no decline in sensory and intellectual abilities throughout life.

Various studies have shown that women's and men's brains work in the same way. It doesn't work differently across genders. Rather, brain power depends on how a person uses his brain.
