According to him, 6 habits should be followed in the morning that can help reduce cholesterol levels. Those habits are discussed below —

1. Morning Walk: Walk briskly for at least 30 minutes 5 days out of 7 days a week. Anyone can do morning walks to reduce cholesterol levels and improve obesity problems.

2. Reduce saturated fat intake: Avoid red meat and high-fat dairy foods at breakfast. These foods can increase cholesterol levels.

3. Reduce your intake of trans fats: Trans fats found in cakes, cookies and processed foods can harm the body. Therefore, such foods should be excluded from breakfast as they can increase cholesterol levels.

4. Increase your intake of fiber-rich foods: Include fiber-rich foods like oatmeal, kidney beans, chia seeds, and fruits in your breakfast. These help control cholesterol levels.

5. Eat nuts for healthy fats: You can include almonds, walnuts or flax seeds in your morning diet. These nuts are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which help improve HDL (good cholesterol) levels.

6. You can start your day with lukewarm water: You can start your day by drinking a glass of lukewarm water. You can add lemon to lukewarm water. This will hydrate the body and improve heart health.
