High protein pancakes Recipe

If you start your day with High protein pancakes, You have more energy and freshness.

INGREDIENTS:

 


• ¼ cup oatmeal
• 6 egg whites
• 1 tbsp ground flax
• ¼ tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• ½ tsp stevia


DIRECTIONS:
1. First heat a frying pan until hot and then reduce to medium heat.
2. After mixing all the ingredients together in a blender, spray some palm (or other cooking spray),
Drop onto the pan with a spoon, flipping when bubbles start to form.
3. Make about 6 pancakes.
