- You can store jackfruit seeds in powder. For this, boil and cool the sun-dried jackfruit seeds. Then peel them and cut them into small pieces. Fry the dried seeds in a pan on low to medium heat. Do not add any oil while frying. Cool the fried seeds and make a fine powder in a grinder. Take the jackfruit seed powder in a clean, dry container and keep the container in a cool and dry place. Jackfruit seed powder can be stored at room temperature for up to 6 months.
