Bread will be soft if you follow these 6 tips

Many people face various problems while making soft and fluffy bread. Either the bread does not rise properly, or it becomes soft but becomes hard after a while. If you follow some tricks, the bread will not only be soft but also rise properly.
- Knead the dough very well. This is the most important step in making soft bread. Knead the dough for at least 8 to 10 minutes until it is soft and smooth. If the dough feels rough or dry, add a little water. The dough should be slightly sticky but not too wet. After kneading, let the dough rest for at least 15-20 minutes. This process relaxes the gluten, which helps in making the bread soft. Grease the dough with a little oil and cover it with a damp cloth to prevent it from drying out.
- Use lukewarm water instead of cold water to knead the dough.
- While kneading the dough, add a pinch of salt and a little cooking oil.
- Don't use too much flour while making bread. Don't roll the bread too thickly. Make the bread with little flour. This will make the bread thin and soft.
- Preheat the pan in which you will bake the bread. This will help the bread rise better.
- You can spread a little butter on the bread while rolling it out. It will stay soft for a long time.
