How long does any meat stay good in the fridge?

We buy chicken, beef or mutton once and keep it in the freezer. Besides, during Eid, a lot of meat is put in the deep freezer which is gradually eaten throughout the year. Whether cooked or raw, storing meat in the freezer after a certain period of time risks reducing its taste and nutritional value. Find out how long it is safe to keep a meat in the freezer.
Raw beef or lamb
meat stays good in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. If you keep it in the deep freezer, you can safely eat it for 4 to 12 months. Cooked meat is safe to keep in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days and in the freezer for up to 6 months.
Chicken Meat
Raw chicken meat can be kept in a normal refrigerator for 1 to 2 days. If kept in a deep freezer, it will stay good for up to 9 months. And if kept in a whole chicken, it can be kept for up to a year. In the case of cooked meat, it can be kept in a normal refrigerator for a few days and in the freezer for 2 to 6 months. However, it must be kept in a sealed container.
Minced meat and sausages:
Minced meat should not be kept in the freezer for more than 4 months. Sausages can be kept in a normal refrigerator for two days and in a deep freezer for up to 2 months.
