How to clean bathroom tiles

If the bathroom tiles are wet and damp, they can become slippery and cause accidents, and various types of bacteria can grow in a humid environment. On the other hand, if they are not cleaned regularly, stains can also become stubborn. Therefore, it is important to clean the bathroom tiles properly and regularly.

  • First, understand what type of tiles you have in your bathroom. If it's ceramic, clean it with a mixture of half and half lemon juice or white vinegar. Marble or stone is easily damaged by acids. So, if you have this type of floor, clean it with a marble or stone cleaner, or a mild soap and water solution.
  • Make a cleaning agent by mixing equal parts water and vinegar. Dip a cloth in the mixture and scrub the tiles until they are clean.
  • You can use lemon juice to brighten bathroom tiles. Take lemon juice in a spray bottle and spray the juice directly on the tiles. Then wipe with a wet brush or foam sponge. You can also use it by dipping it directly in lemon juice. You can also sprinkle baking soda in a thin layer and clean it with lemon juice to clean the tiles quickly.
  • Mix half a cup of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of liquid dish soap, and hydrogen peroxide in a spray bottle. Spray it on the bathroom tiles. Leave it for 10 minutes, then wipe the tiles with a damp cloth.
  • You can also benefit from spreading salt in a wet bathroom, waiting for an hour, and then scrubbing it clean.
  • To remove black stains between two tiles, use a mixture of baking soda and lemon juice. Apply the mixture and scrub with a brush to remove the stains.
  • Mix equal parts vinegar and hot water and spray it on the tiles. Wait a while and then clean with a brush.
