5 ways to cook meat quickly

You want to cook beef or mutton quickly because you have guests coming to your house. But if you don't have a pressure cooker at hand, it takes a lot of time to boil the meat. How to boil and cook meat quickly? Find out some tips.

  1. Marinate the meat before preparing the cooking ingredients. Marinate it with any acidic ingredients such as lemon, vinegar or buttermilk. This will help the meat cook faster during cooking. The meat can be marinated for 30 minutes to two hours. However, marinated meat must be kept in the refrigerator.
  2. Add a few pieces of raw papaya to the curry. You can also add papaya paste if you want. The meat will cook faster.
  3. Even if you rub the meat with salt for a while before cooking, the meat will cook faster.
  4. Use high heat to cook meat quickly. Cooking on high heat, stirring frequently and covering, will cook meat quickly. 
  5. The day before cooking, mix baking soda with the meat and keep it in the refrigerator. If you have less time, you can keep it for 3 to 5 hours. Take the meat out of the refrigerator, wash it with water, and then cook the meat. It will cook quickly.

  • Do not marinate the meat immediately after taking it out of the fridge. Wait for an hour and then rub it with the spices when it reaches normal temperature.

  • There is no need to add water while marinating the meat. The water that comes out of the yogurt while marinating is enough.
  • Always marinate the meat by hand. Marinating with a spoon or a sleeve will not mix the spices well.
